Bollin Fee (Wilmslow)

  • Bollinfee (or Bollin Fee) was a township in Wilmslow Parish, Macclesfield Hundred (SJ 8478), which became a civil parish in 1866.
  • In 1894 most of Bollinfee was added to Wilmslow civil parish, and at the same time part of Fulshaw civil parish was added to Bollinfee.
  • In 1936 the whole of Bollinfee was added to Alderley Edge civil parish.
  • The population was 1506 in 1801, 1884 in 1851, and 633 in 1901.
